Very rustic but good food

They boil their crawfish with no season then sprinkle the season on top of the crawfish after they are boiled. Some ppl might like it, but definitely not for me... Nice staff tho!!!

Service is slow and food isn't any thing to talk about, save yourself the money and time and go somewhere else.

Crawfish have no taste they put the seasoning on top

Fried Shrimp okay, fish was frozen fish, bacon wrapped shrimp good, fries undercooked, all in all not good. Never go again.

Really good seafood, laid-back atmosphere, friendly, we had boiled crawfish and crabs

Worst seafood I ever had. The shrimp tasted like iodine. The crab cake had not 1 shred of crab and instead was filled with under cooked onion. Worst 25 $ iv ever spent on food. Went home and just had a ham sandwich

I was disappointed in the boiled seafood. I'm used to the seasoning in the water with the seafood rather than sprinkled on top of the shells. It's messier, and I don't like the feel of salt all over my hands. I was glad my friends from Las Vegas had been out to Four Mile Bayou before we went to Susie's Seafood and tasted crawfish the way we're used to having them boiled. The people were friendly, so that's a plus for the restaurant.

Boiled crawfish were big and boiled to perfection easy to peel.

They sprinkle season on the outside of the crawfish.. Some ppl might enjoy them rhat way, but I prefer the season in the water..

Great place

Was disappointed in our visit. We asked for spicy crawfish. As the owner, Susie, was taking another order, she turned to us for acknowledgment that the crawfish were hot and spicy. Her mouth dropped when we said it had no seasoning. We even let the man at the table next to us try one and he agreed. She proceeded to go to the back and came out and sprinkled what appeared to be nothing more than Tony Chacere's on our crawfish without even asking us. How rude! The crawfish should be boiled with the seasoning. Even the potatoes and corn were plain. Tried crawfish at three different places while visiting in Morgan City. Boiling Madd ranked #1, Rousse's #2, and Susie's came in last.

I always enjoy Susies Seafood. Especially the boiled crabs and crawfish!! Goood aaaannd spicy!! Annnd thank God we still have a little bit of of original Louisiana seafood here in Town. We have enough Mexican and Chinese!! Need more Louisiana original restaurants!!

Amazing spot. Hole in the wall and not pretty but it is THE place to go for crawfish! I highly recommend it.

Well it could be better

Tastey, yet certainly not what I expected for dinner. I ordered a few crabs and was taken aback when they were dumped on my table, no plate or fork. If you get the boiled seafood here, it'll get messy. Worth the trouble, the seasoning was appetizing and great sized crabs. This would be a fun date night (so long as it's not the first). Prices are fair. I'm told they have regular food too.

Susies always has the freshest seafood. Susie is so friendly and makes you feel like family.

The crawfish is always fresh and delicious, and they have excellent customer service!

Best boiled shrimps

Boiled crawfish had NO seasoning. Not even the CORN which usually take up all the seasoning. They were fresh and clean and sweet.

Fresh and we'll seasoned

Little hole in the wall with excellent food!! Boyfriend had a burger which he recommended. I had crawfish and they were yummmmy! Highly recommend!

The worst boiled crabs I've ever had. seasoned only on the outside with no flavor or color on the inside, its like they dip or steamed them in lightly seasoned water. I guess that's what they mean when they say we boil per order hence dip or steam in hot water and sprinkle seasoning on top yuck!. I like to Crack open a crab and see the juicy yellow fat and tasty juice and seasoned meat. Not here, and never again.

You got to try the crab at this place! Great spot to stop and great service, Friendly customers as well that helpped us with our crab for the first time.

Excellent excellent for all food, excellent seafood gumbo excellent bacon wrapped shrimp. With the bar next door. Plus a great great crawfish boil.
